HPC-Enhanced Genomic Selection for Climate-Resilient Crop Breeding
Short description of the business experiment
The GENESIS experiment accelerates the breeding of climate-resilient crops through High-Performance Computing (HPC). It integrates multi-omics data (genomics, phenomics, and climatology) with machine learning to predict essential traits such as drought tolerance and pest resistance.
The solution, available as SaaS and PaaS, enables agricultural SMEs and research institutions to develop new crop varieties more quickly and cost-effectively. HPC provides the computational power to process large-scale datasets, train AI models, and validate outcomes with real-world seed trials.
The project supports global food security by equipping breeders with AI-driven tools for sustainable agriculture under changing climate conditions.
